Take time out at Nai Harn Beach in the placid, protected cove at the southern tip of the island sporting one of the best stretches of white sand in Phuket. The beauty spot is just a short bike ride or drive from Saturdays and the shallow, clear and calm water in the bay is a perfect place for the family to splash and lounge about.

Nai Harn’s Buddhist temple often holds traditional temple fairs, where you can have your fortune told, ride the Ferris wheel and snack at the exotic street food stalls.

Nai Harn Lake, just off the beach, is a lovely spot for early morning and evening jogs and bike rides.

Make your way to the top of Promthep Cape before dusk to witness one of the world’s most stunning sunsets.
